We staff. You pay a monthly fee.

You tell us what you want — which sports, what timings, how many coaches. We find the right people, vet them, train them, pay them, and replace them when needed. You pay a single monthly fee that covers everything. Simple, predictable, easiest to budget.

For larger communities where sports is a serious engagement driver, we can run the full program on a revenue-share basis. Residents pay directly. We manage the operation end to end. The society shares in the upside — and keeps the prices accessible for residents.

Common questions

Before you talk to us, you're probably wondering.

What happens if a coach quits mid-month?
We replace them. Usually within 24 to 48 hours, often the next class. Every coach in our network works at one community, but we keep a bench of trained coaches across sports who step in when needed. You don’t hear about it unless we tell you. This is what "zero days of coaching interrupted" actually means operationally.
Who do we contract with — Athlio, or each coach individually?
You contract with Athlio. We handle the coaches — their contracts, their payments, their replacements. You have one point of contact at Athlio for everything. If there’s a problem, you escalate to us, not to a coach. This is why communities outsource sports in the first place.
What if our RWA doesn’t like a particular coach?
We change the coach. No drama, no contract issues — because the contract is with us, not the coach. We ask for specifics, pick a replacement from our network, and transition. It’s happened before. It’s built into how we work.
How is this different from hiring coaches directly?
Hiring coaches directly means the community becomes an employer — with payroll, HR liability, background check responsibility, and the problem of finding a replacement when someone quits. It also means your RWA has to vet strangers with access to residents and their families. Most communities choose to outsource for the same reason they outsource security and housekeeping — risk and operational burden.
What’s the typical contract length?
We generally contract with the builder at handover, for a multi-year term that carries into the RWA period. This protects both sides — you get continuity through the builder-to-RWA transition; we get the runway to invest in the program properly. Specifics are part of the proposal conversation.
Do you work outside Hyderabad?
Today, we’re Hyderabad-focused. Our operating model depends on coach density and bench coverage — both are strongest in the city where we’ve built the network.
